Refund policy
Last updated: 17 August 2026. This policy applies to paid Sessiondeckgrid programs arranged offline or by invoice. This website does not process payments.
Eligibility
Refunds are available when you cancel within the stated timeframe and meet the conditions below. Corporate invoices may follow the cancellation clause printed on the order form if it is stricter.
Timeframe
For live cohorts such as Signal Lattice Lab, you may request a full refund up to 14 days before the published start date. Requests inside 14 days are evaluated for partial credit only. Self-paced Signal Desk access may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if less than 20% of modules have been opened.
Full vs partial refunds
Full refunds return the program fee paid for that enrollment. Partial refunds may apply when a cohort has started but you withdraw for documented medical or relocation reasons; typical partial credit ranges from 30% to 60% of the fee depending on weeks completed. Conversion Lab team intensives booked inside 21 days of the delivery date are partial-credit only.
Non-refundable items
- Third-party tool licenses purchased separately
- Completed private intensives already delivered
- Bank transfer fees charged by your financial institution
- Promotional add-ons marked non-refundable on the invoice
Refund process
Email contact@sessiondeckgrid.digital with subject “Refund request,” include your full name, program name, payment reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within two business days and decide within ten business days.
Processing time and method
Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method when possible, or by bank transfer to a Thai account you nominate. Processing typically completes within 10–15 business days after approval.
Cancellation by Sessiondeckgrid
If we cancel a cohort, you may choose a full refund or transfer to a later date at no extra fee.
Exceptions
Chargebacks initiated without contacting us first may delay replacement seats. Force majeure events may shift delivery dates without automatic refunds when a reasonable alternative date is offered.
